Energy requalification of the school “G. Zanella”

The project involves redevelopment of the external envelope of the school complex.
Starting from the energy model of the existing building, various scenarios of possible interventions were analyzed.
These assessments made it possible to identify the interventions from privilege because it can guarantee an effective relationship between costs and benefits.

These interventions include, for example, the new external insulation system of the school, the locker rooms and the gym; the renovation of the gym cover; replacement of external doors and windows; the replacement of the heat generator and the replacement of the lighting fixtures of the school and the locker rooms.
